How much time will executive coaching take?

Your coach will spend a minimum of eight contact hours with you per month. These will be arranged based on what is convenient for your schedule. In addition to these eight hours, it will take you an average of about six hours per week to carry out your assignments.

A lot of executives first think, "Hey, I don’t have an extra eight hours in my work week!" Yes, we know that. We will help you shift your priorities and your schedule so that you begin to do things that are of more strategic value to your company while effectively delegating more of the tactical activities to your subordinates. It won’t actually end up taking any more of your time to do this; it will just change what you are doing with your time so you become more effective.

In addition, you will come to the University of South Carolina Upstate campus in Spartanburg, SC for four different intensive two-day group mentoring sessions over the course of the first year.

When you begin this executive coaching program, we require that you commit for a minimum of four months. After that, you may continue on a month-by-month basis at your discretion. Most will find it desirable to continue the executive coaching program for at least a year.

Coaching ROI and Rates

If you are an Upstate South Carolina resident, and because this program is a commercial service of the George Dean Johnson College of Business at the University of South Carolina Upstate, the cost to your company will be $2500 per month. All others will pay $4000 per month. This fee includes all private weekly consultations, participation in the entire executive training courses here at USC Upstate, and all of our travel, lodging and meal expenses (when we come to your office).

The benefit to your company will be more than 1% (typically up to 10%) increase in your corporate revenues. You do the math. This investment is a no-brainer for any forward looking executive.
